Overview

The Floor Care Technician position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Pay: $23.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Sunday – Thursday 8pm – 4:30am

Responsibilities:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.

Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.

Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).

Willing to complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must meet all requirements to receive building security clearance.

Must be able to speak, write, and read English

Must have at least 1 year Floor Tech experience

Must be able to work in a busy fast pace environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Able to Work Well with Others
