Flight Readiness Technician – Propel Your Career in Aerospace with PDS Tech Commercial
Location: San Antonio, TX | Pay: $28.43 – $36.21/hr | Schedule: Variable shifts (1st & 2nd) | Type: Full-time (6 months)
Overview:
Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Flight Readiness Technician , ensuring aircrafts are safe, functional, and ready for flight. You’ll handle systems testing, maintenance, inspections, and documentation in a dynamic aerospace environment.
Qualifications:
Required: 3+ months of live aircraft systems experience, ability to work shifts, and meet physical requirements.
Preferred: FAA A&P license, 1+ years of aerospace or manufacturing experience, familiarity with 787 Program.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $28.78 to $36.21 per hour
