You will be a Program Finance Manager supporting the IAMD – Advanced Programs team, driving competitive capture efforts and financial excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Program Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals, providing financial analysis and support to Program Managers, and ensuring timely submission of financial reports.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage a team of direct employees supporting the monthly Earned Value Business Rhythm
Submit financial CDRLs and prepare quarterly Contract Status Reports (CSR)
Provide financial analysis and support to Program Managers
Drive financial excellence and competitive capture efforts

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience with DoD programs
– Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
– Strong verbal communication skills
– Strategic thinker and self-starter
– Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

– Experience giving management-level presentations

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
