The College of Health and Human Services is accepting applications to build a pool of qualified instructors for any current or future part-time assignments. We are seeking faculty for day and evening classes at the main campus location.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in American Sign Language, Deaf Education, Interpreting, Special Education, Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Counseling or related area

OR have equivalent professional qualifications of 18 hours of graduate credits in the academic disciplines listed above

OR a bachelor’s degree with a national certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), National Association of the Deaf (NAD), American Sign Language Teachers Association (ASLTA) or an equivalent ASL skills certification (Intermediate Plus on the SLPI/a minimum score of Level 3+ on the ASLPI)

OR a bachelor’s degree and a native (first) language user of American Sign Language.
