F-35 FMS ALIS Site Activation Analyst, Senior
The Opportunity:
Are you searching for a position where you can use your logistics analysis skills to make a difference? With the level of complexity of the F-35 program, we need a skilled Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Site Activation Analyst to support the activation of aircraft facilities and keep the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, an experienced Analyst who can ensure success through management, careful analysis, and effective communication.
We have an opportunity for an FMS F-35 ALIS Site Activation Analyst to join our team as we support our client’s international initiatives to acquire, deliver, and sustain a fully capable, interoperable, and operationally dominant international FMS nation’s F-35 program. In this role, you’ll directly support the logistic and sustainment manager, program manager, and maintenance systems lead by leading the planning and presentations for ALIS site activation meetings, logistics readiness reviews, and key integrated logistic support engagements. You’ll also serve in a lead role alongside program leadership to drive and achieve logistics support objectives, including lifecycle support, site surveys, activation planning, contract requirements, working groups, facility design, and interfacing with the client.

You Have:
10+ years of experience working with DoD projects
Experience with international agreements and projects
Experience working with Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and ALIS hardware components
Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of aircraft system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the deployment of aircraft systems, subsystems, and equipment
Knowledge of the aircraft system equipment lifecycle phases
Knowledge of federal laws and DoD regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and foreign military sales
Ability to interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with foreign counterparts
Experience with integration analysis for the implementation and deployment of F-35 Logistics and Sustainment
Experience supporting aircraft facility and hangar Design Reviews and Site Activation
Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management
Knowledge of Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, including the FMS sales process, such as case development, implementation, execution, and closure
Ability to prepare and present verbal and written presentations to any or all levels of government and industry management
Possession of excellent diplomatic skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Finance
Clearance:
