Volt is immediately hiring an C-Level Executive Talent Research Analyst
for a remote opportunity.
As an C-Level Executive Talent Research Analyst you will:
Conduct comprehensive talent research to identify and track top level
executive-level talent within the automotive sector.
Utilize diverse research methods, including online databases,
professional networks, industry events, and strategic partnerships, to
identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates
to support current and future hiring needs.
Perform in-depth talent mapping exercises to uncover industry trends,
competitor insights, and emerging talent pools.
Analyze talent data to derive actionable insights, inform
decision-making, and optimize recruitment strategies.
Collaborate closely with Global Talent Acquisition executives to
understand their strategic staffing objectives and develop research
approaches.
Stay abreast of automotive industry developments, market dynamics, and
talent trends to anticipate future talent needs and proactively address
challenges.
Provide regular updates and reports on market intelligence, and talent
landscape analysis to key stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days onsite at their Fountain Valley, CA
facility and 2 days remote. Position is long term indefinite temp,
possible temp to hire in the future.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a
related field.
4-8 years of experience in talent research
1+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping, data analysis, and
executive sourcing methodologies.
Thorough understanding of automotive industry dynamics, market
trends, and executive talent requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build
relationships with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking
systems, and data analytics platforms for talent sourcing and
engagement.
Pay Rate: 60/hr
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience,
work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
