Join Our Team as an Electronic Technician!
Are you passionate about electronics and looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking dedicated Electronic Technicians to join our team and provide essential engineering technical services.
Description: Plan, design, modify, install, interface, test, evaluate, repair, and document the operation and performance of airborne test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and ground support equipment. Work with analog and digital electronic fundamentals, solid-state devices, digital logic, RF modulation techniques, and electromechanical drive mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
Build prototype electronic assemblies using schematics, mechanical drawings, wire diagrams, and technical publications.
Select and operate test equipment such as multi-meters, O-scopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, frequency meters, and logic probes.
Fabricate cable harnesses, populate electronic assemblies, solder, crimp, and perform wire terminations.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits to the component level.
Upload and download instrumentation pods to/from aircraft.
Perform hands-on electrical, instrumentation, and avionics maintenance on aircraft.
Required Skills:
Secret clearance, instrumentation, avionics, electrical, wiring, multi-meter, calibration, RF transmitters, Fiber Optic.
Associate’s degree or higher in electronics or a military equivalent.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience.
Expert-level troubleshooting and soldering capabilities.
Must qualify for and maintain a Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Pay Rate:
$77,000 – $87,000 Salary
Sign-on bonus offered based on experience.
Work Environment:
Field environment with shift work, overtime, and travel to remote locations.
Two shifts available: 1st Shift (6/7am, 8+ hours, Mon-Fri) and 2nd Shift (2/3pm, 8+ hours, Mon-Fri).
Working on the Flight Line and in the Back Shop.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72000.00 – $87000.00/yr.
401k, medical, dental , vision, and profit sharing. They will hire directly. They do direct hire and will have them start in Mojave but train in vegas for two weeks

This is a fully onsite position in Mojave,CA.
