Job Summary
Reporting to the SVP of Supply Chain, the Director of Supply Chain Technology and Business Systems will have the overall responsibility for all supply chain technology and system support. This includes all Supply Chain hospital operations technology functions, supply chain procurement technology as well as the all interfaces to 3rd party partners. This role will enable the development of the next generation and skill sets with the Novant Health Digital Products & Services (DPS) team regarding ongoing changes in the technology and business landscape.
The Director of Supply Chain Technology and Business Systems will have direct reports including, but not limited to, the Supply Chain Technology business system analysts and clinical engagement specialists.

Qualifications
Education: Bach elor’s Degree in Information Systems, Logistics, Business Administration or related field, required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum seven (7) years Professional experience in information systems, Management at a senior level and introducing Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and Software as a service (SaaS) into large organizations. Minimum five (5) years of working with senior level leaders, preferred.

Ability to develop strategic initiatives and oversee the development of long-term plans and proposals to support business objectives
Ability to challenge, convince and manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment
Strong business acumen; understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full of knowledge of project, risk and operations management
Ability to formulate and allocate budgets
Working knowledge of cloud computing, business intelligence and analytics
