Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in Delray Beach, Florida. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing data retrieval and analysis, becoming a subject matter expert for our electronic medical records system, and developing data solutions from various sources. This role will require strong communication skills as you will be a key liaison between upper management and the IT department.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize data retrieval processes
Conduct detailed data analysis to determine business needs
Become an expert in the organization’s EMR/HER system and advocate for its adoption
Collaborate with the IT department to develop data solutions from multiple applications
Prepare and manage data reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Regularly upload and submit data as required
Ensure data security through proper access controls
Provide support and assistance to end-users of the EMR/HER system
Organize and manage training for new hires and ongoing training regarding the EMR/HER system
Participate in meetings, provide user support, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements – Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) is mandatory.
Should possess strong skills in Data Analysis.
Must be adept in using Data Analysis Tools.
Understanding and experience in Data Analytics is required.
Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is necessary.
Must have experience with EHR SYSTEM.
Proficiency in Ad Hoc Reporting is needed.
Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Data reporting.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
Experience with Access is necessary.
Must have working knowledge of Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT). Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
