Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a qualified Data Integrator in support of the USSOCOM SOCRATES mission. The Data Integrator will be responsible for the management of geographic datasets created and utilized by the Knowledge Management (KM) directorate. The geographic datasets will utilize vector and raster representations derived from multiple spatial formats to meet the customer’s requirements.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Work with stakeholders to analyze requirements for the data and data storage requirements.
Coordinates with J24, SOCRATES PMO other SOF engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, Support the IC and operational and performance requirements of overall system.
Maintains documentation for geographic data management. Ensure data is formatted properly to meet SOF metadata standards and manage data migration into operational networks
Manage data replication and reconcile data contention between database revisions. Ensure master updates conform to operations tempo requirements.
Coordinates with engineers within the Software Integration Facility (SIF) and Information Assurance (IA) organizations to ensure proper deployment of the geographic data management software system. To include any required documentation required by the SIF and IA related to the software system.
Possess geospatial modeling and analysis experience with recent knowledge of SOF operations, intelligence, and interagency processes and procedures.

Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree //OR// 8 years’ experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity.
Six years’ experience in the Special Operations intelligence community, providing services similar in scope and complexity.
Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
Proficiency with delivering user training in various settings.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Copperhead Technologies will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Cartography, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Surveying, Geology, Engineering or related field.
Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
Demonstrated proficiency in the following technical areas:
ESRI ArcGIS Advanced Server, ArcGIS Portal Extension, ArcSDE, ArcView Desktop.
MS SQL Server 2012/2016, SQL Management Studio and T-SQL.
Geospatial Data Formats: KML/KMZ, Shapefiles, Geo-databases (File, Personal, SDE), GeoPDF.
Geospatial web services: WMS, WFS, ESRI ArcGIS Services.
Microsoft Server 2016/2019, Active Directory and the use of group policies to provide configuration coordination and recommendations for security group creation.
Python, JavaScript, D3, DOJO, Silverlight, Microsoft Visual Studio, GDAL, SOAP, REST VMware ESXi, VCenter.
