HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Data, Analytics, & Business Intelligence, this role will drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions. Design, deploy, and manage robust data models, reports, and dashboards. Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc data analyses to identify opportunities and risks, providing evidence-based recommendations to boost productivity, improve performance, and enhance operational efficiency. Automate routine reporting tasks to streamline processes. Train staff and leadership on interpreting and operationalizing dashboards and reports. Develop a feedback loop with functional support staff and leadership to continuously refine dashboards, analytics models, and reporting tools. Collaborate with Business Operations and functional support leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Drive a culture of standardization, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making. Proactively monitor and analyze leading and lagging indicators to inform strategic planning. Identify opportunities to elevate operational sophistication and business intelligence maturity through advanced analytics, employing statistical methods, machine learning, and AI. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $85,000-100,000 not including variable compensation. An employee s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
