Key Responsibilities:
· Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service
· requests into our database systems. Maintain and update customer records daily
· Data Verification: Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity
· Documentation: Ensure all records are properly filed and organized
· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality and comply with all data protection regulations
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably within a customer service environment. (Preferred Medical Device Field)
· Proficient in data entry software and Google Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
· Typing speed 30+ WPM and accuracy
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Weekly Pay: Receive a paycheck every week

Full time hours – Monday – Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
