· Shift: Hybrid, Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5PM
· Weekly paycheck

Responsibilities:
· Collection of accounts receivable and past dues, and coordinates resolution of customer chargeback claims, disputes, and billing issues.
· Gathers credit and/or reference information.
· Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources.
· Coordinates/assists in the application of check, wire transfer, and credit card payments with the Accounts receivable Dept. to ensure proper application.
· Resolves charge backs and disputed items through contacts the Billing and/or Sales departments and follow up with customer for prompt collection.
· Receives telephone inquiries and answer routine questions on department policies.
Requirements:
· High school degree or equivalent.
· One year in a Credit and/or Accounts receivable department or equivalent experience required.
· Must be comfortable working with figures and must use tact dealing with customers.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
