This position is located in Doha, Qatar. Support top-line Global Growth in Air and Missile Defense, Naval systems and critical infrastructure protection. Provide effective and low-cost solutions required for these critical mission areas.
Work Enterprise Collaboration across the enterprise to support our cross businesses, mission areas, functions, regions, programs and pursuit objectives for enhanced business performance in execution, developing pipeline growth opportunities and integration customer solutions.
Partners with the mission areas and functions to develop and drive implementation of company-wide country strategy.
Drives Enterprise engagement with participation in industry and government committees, councils and studies.
Support Raytheon International business development by identifying key markets and creating initiatives to support international growth.

Proactively supports the Raytheon Customer Campaigns and implementation
Actively engages RTN stakeholders and provides regular updates that include customer insights and market opportunity identification and development status, coordination of pursuits underway and key milestones. Identifying overarching licenses, TAAs, NDA representative and consultant agreements.
Ensures integrated approach across all-in country pursuits to drive maximized Enterprise growth.
Opportunity Identification and Development
Jointly accountable with international BD, to develop and maintain RTX Pipeline
Drives Integrated Pipeline Reviews with business stakeholders and integrated customers teams
Provides situational awareness across Integrated Customer Account teams about total RTX business in-country and drives coordinated approach to opportunity development.
Provides integrated guidance on messaging, engagement, and strategy with shared stakeholders
Facilitate and grow strategic relationship between RTX and in-country customers, stakeholders, partners to facilitate enterprise growth
Maintains continuity of strategic relationships and provide insights to RTX senior leaders acting as trusted advisor and facilitator to continued RTX growth
General Business Operations:
Ensure Raytheon Qatar operating costs are effectively and efficiently managed to ensure the organization is able to meet and exceed business goals and financial expectations
Provide routine reporting of financial metrics for Raytheon Qatar operating budgets and costs
Ensuring RMD and MENA level business processes are being harmonized and integrated
Helping project manage the start-up and establishment of Raytheon Doha including the transition of selected programs
Supporting financial reviews including program estimates at complete, AOP, etc.

Qualifications You Must Have:
14+ years of experience with progressive leadership positions in Business Development of Defense Sales
Bachelor’s degree in relevant functional discipline (business, engineering)
Qualifications We Value:
Arabic speaking and understanding is desirable
Understanding of Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain defense organizations is desirable
Knowledge of and relationships with Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain defense organization is desirable
Demonstrated success in customer relationship building
Demonstrated ability to establish customer knowledge and working relationships with customers.
Demonstrated Ability to leverage customer knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
Understanding of customer culture, political and military environment and cultural customs and norms of the region
Understanding of the procurement, fiscal and regulatory environment within the region
Broad understanding of Raytheon’s solutions portfolio, technologies and services
Skill and capability to develop and execute pipeline generation, integrated solutions and cross-selling strategies
Growth/capture strategy development experience
Detailed knowledge of international business practices in compliance with US FCPA and ITAR requirements.
MBA or Master’s in Technology
