Customer Account Specialist (Hybrid)

Primary Responsibilities:

Managing customer interface and correspondence for both internal and external customers
Managing commercial and military repair orders and related activities including but not limited to acknowledging, quoting, and invoicing customer orders
Managing and executing customer contractual requirements
Effectively processing orders to maintain customer service levels and avoid turnaround time penalties
Determining validity of warranty claims
Adhering to import and export compliance regulations

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Experience working in the aerospace industry or directly for Collins Aerospace
Experience with contract execution
Ability to stay organized and manage high volume in a fast-paced environment
Ability to consistently complete deliverables
Effective written and verbal communication skills
SAP experience
Government repair contracting
Military FAR’s and DFAR’s
WAWF
CAV

Working Environment:

Occasionally provide weekend and holiday support to meet business needs
