This position is for a Business Support Analyst (BSA) supporting Oklahoma City – Materials and Logistics Operations.  The successful candidate will support the procuring of critical and non-critical material across each supported operations, oversight of billing invoicing for each assigned vendor, analyze financial data to align with internal and external contract requirements, develop and monitor eCARs, Shopping Carts and Request for Proposals (RFPs) that will create best value.

BSA responsibilities are to make sure each supported vendor is performing to the financial requirements of the contractual Statement of Work (SOW) in accordance with government and PW policy.  Supported contracts may be valued as high as $30 million with a period of performance (PoP) over 3 years.  The BSA will ensure full financial compliance of SOW by tracking and reporting on a weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual invoicing of credits and incentives achieved. These duties are performed within a fully integrated team environment and will include daily interactions with all internal and external stakeholders. Duties will require building relationships with all stakeholders; implement CORE Principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and team development that will build analytical and leadership skills for the Materials and Logistics Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Submit Capital and Non-Capital Projects Request.
Manage and Approve Departmental Purchase Orders /Invoices.
Prepare proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE) input and supporting review of BOEs, Statements of Work (SOW), and contract modifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, by leveraging CORE principles, through QCPC/PAM data that will identify root cause and robust corrective actions.
Review of Cost Center Financial Data to validity and align with targeted financial objectives.
Review and track assigned Vendor invoicing on weekly and monthly frequency. 
Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of weekly and monthly business / financial report measurables.
Develop value-add inputs for future Statement of Work (SOW) Request for Proposals (RFPs) that will align with the service requirements for the Materials and Logistics Organization. 
Active engagement in Vendor Business Review (VBR) to communicate issues, changes, risks, and opportunities, as well as other budget reviews.
Manage onboarding requirements for Third-Party Logistics (3PL) contractors.

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree w/5+ years of work experience 
Candidate must be able to work on-site with the ability to work remotely occasionally.
Extraordinary teammate with good interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and detailed task oriented.
Ability to work independently with little direct supervisory input or direction.
Able to Build Trust and Relationships with all stakeholders.
Effective Communication Skills via oral and written.
Possess Excellent Business Judgment and Acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP knowledge and experience along with a firm grasp of Financial Accounting principles are strongly recommended.
