Job Summary

Position Overview:

*Amentum is currently searching for a Site Manager to lead/coordinate fielding operations for an Army program office.

The Site Manager is directly responsible for the oversite management of all day to day fielding activities to include; on-site equipment fielding operations, New Equipment Training (NET), maintenance activities and on-site personnel.  Site managers must know the status of equipment fielding, schedules of events, all personnel on ground in support of NET, New Equipment Fielding (NEF), Maintenance activities, and the conduct of any Performance Acceptance Test (PAT) of systems/equipment within their site. This includes ensuring compliance with instructions and procedures established for the fielding location.

Additional responsibilities include the following:

Conduct a site survey and ensure fielding requirements are understood
Work with unit POCs to ensure all necessary support is provided for execution of NET, NEF and testing
Coordinated NET, NEF, Testing schedules with the gaining units based on units training schedules
Coordinates any additional requirements with the gaining units as it pertains to schedules, facilities, equipment, administrative support, personnel required, and location(s) essential in support of fielding
Ensure the gaining unit is familiar with all products and support specified during the NMIB (New Material In Brief)
Conduct Mission IPRs unit POCs and program personnel to include fielders, trainers, engineers and other individuals required for the fielding event
Monitor the receiving, de-processing, inventory, and accountability of all incoming systems
Coordinate the movement of received systems and equipment to field/training locations to include COMSEC keys and devices
Coordinate and schedule fuel support and ensure training teams are monitoring the fuel levels of the equipment
Provide a daily SITREP (Situational Report), site status report to the Army program office
Provide a Commanders Critical Incident Report (CCIR) in the event of an injury, adverse weather conditions or critical impact on NET, NEF or equipment testing
Monitor and report personnel on ground, to include (name, organization, position/rank, and nature of visit
Implement a key control process if required
Establish procedures for having equipment repaired and notify PM of equipment failures and replacement
Monitor the status and progress of repair for (NMC) Non-Mission Capable equipment, contact vendors if required , track shortages
Monitor and spot check daily functions
Ensure hazardous material are handled and controlled IAW appropriate Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of the Army (DA) guidelines
Perform other duties as required

Minimum Requirements

Must have a BA/BS Diploma and 7 years experience or high school diploma with 11 years relevant experience in supply and Army Total Package Fielding.
Must be a US Citizen with valid drivers license.
Candidate will be required to field network communication equipment to various CONUS and OCONUS locations for extended periods of time.
Must have and be able to maintain a Government secret clearance.
Must have strong organization and communication skills and be proficient with MS Office products.
A self starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Required skills include, but not limited to; experience in coordinating, planning, and fielding operations within the Department of Defense, and knowledge of military organizational dynamics
Must be able to pass a government background and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS Diploma preferred

Prior logistics supply support experience providing support to DoD/Army program of record (ACAT1 to 3)

Prior military service.

Familiarity with Army Regulation 700-142 Material Fielding

Working Experience with US Army Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) to include Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Logistics Management Plan (LMP), and Global Command Support System-Army (GCSS-A).

Experience with Army property management documents to include (DA 2062), (DA 3161) and (DD1149).

Knowledge of Army communications programs to include weapon systems under PM Tactical Network (PM TN)
