What You’ll Get to Do:

You are responsible for providing world-classClSurveillance Course{CSC) instruction.

Plan, conduct,and-debrief instruction of discreetCIsurveillance operations insupport ofCl missions (JAW EO 12333, the Intelligence Authorization Act ,_ and the _DoD 5240./6) so that graduates can proficientlyconductdiscreetCIsurveillance andcloselyobserve theactivitiesof a personofCIinterestwithoutcompromisingaClinvestigationoroperation.

Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel withintheNCR. Travel withinCONUSisrequireduptoseven(7)timesperyear fortwoweekseach time.

You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.

Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

TS/SCI and with polygraph or ability to obtain poly.

Five (5) yearsofdemonstratedexperience conducting, instructing, orsupervising DoD Cl surveillance.

Possess expertknowledgeofthreat country foreign intelligence entities’ (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Experience asa JCITA Cl Surveillance Course Instructor or bea graduate of theJCITA Cl SurveillanceCourse.

Abletositand standfor uptotwo(2)hours at one time, andbe able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$77,200 – $162,200
