Counterintelligence Operations Instructor – Senior Level

What You’ll Get to Do:
You are responsible for providing world-class, Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations and Seminar Support (AFCIOC) instruction.
Plan, develop, and execute training certification for OffensiveCounterintelligenceOperations(OFCO)Case Officers in accordance with DoDInstruction S-5240.09.
Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel withintheNCR and CONUS.
You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.
Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI w/ Poly or ability to obtain poly.
Seven (7) yearsofdemonstratedexperience conducting, instructing, orsupervising OFCO in accordance with the DoDI-S5240.09.
Possess expertknowledgeofthreat country foreign intelligence entities’ (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Graduate of the Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or one of the following legacy training courses offered by the Military Departments:-Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC)-Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer’s Course-Navy Counterespionage Operations Course
Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$77,200 – $162,200
