Job Duties: 1. Business and Financial Management: Oversee corporate

operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with U.S. tax
laws and international regulations. Analyze financial reports and
provide strategic recommendations for business growth. Supervise
financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. Ensure
compliance with corporate tax filings and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and optimize business operations, identifying areas for cost
savings and efficiency improvements. 2. Strategic Negotiations and
Communication: Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to
secure favorable terms and business agreements. Develop and maintain
strong professional relationships with stakeholders. Effectively
communicate corporate strategies, policies, and objectives to internal
and external audiences. Represent the company at business meetings,
industry events, and networking opportunities. 3. Corporate Development:
Identify and pursue business expansion opportunities, including
partnerships and market growth strategies. Develop and implement
marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Participate in the creation of digital content, including business case
studies and market analyses. 4. Leadership and Team Coordination:
Administer and oversee the Bookkeeping and Payroll departments. Foster a
positive and motivating team environment, ensuring productivity and
collaboration. Act as the face and spirit of the company, embodying its
values and maintaining strong client and team relationships. Provide
leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
Cultivate a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or
International Relations, or Translation/Interpreting with a focus on
business communication. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in
business management, accounting, financial consulting, or international
business communication. Experience in negotiations, corporate
operations, and administrative leadership. Languages: English (Business
level, high proficiency) required. Russian (Business level, high
proficiency) required. French or German (basic proficiency) preferred.
Hebrew preferred. Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in accounting and
payroll software: QuickBooks (experience required), Lacerte, payroll
certified. Strong leadership, negotiation, and administrative skills.
Ability to organize teams, foster a positive atmosphere, and build
strong internal and external relationships. Experience in bookkeeping
and payroll administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities. Digital marketing experience and ability to create
business-related content.
