Summary You will serve as a COMBAT SYSTEMS/COMMUNICATIONS MAINTENANCE/READINESS LIAISON OFFICER in the Force Maintenance and Logistics (N4) Directorate of PAC FLEET SUB FORCE OPS COMPONENT. Responsibilities You will act as the Australian, United Kingdom and United States (AUKUS) liaison to the N42 for the Combat Systems and Communications Maintenance/Readiness Branch. You will initiate action on all matters affecting alterations, repairs and maintenance of Combat Systems and Communications Maintenance/Readiness Branch equipment for all AUKUS homeported units. You will Assist N42 with Combat Systems and Communications Maintenance/Readiness Branch logistics planning and take actions to implement logistic plans. You will prepare routine reports on Combat Systems and Communications Maintenance/Readiness Branch maintenance and material readiness. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and coordinating the maintenance requirements and material readiness for submarine combat systems and communications equipment (such as Sonar, Fire Control, Combat Control, Navigation, Communications, Radar, LAN, Electronic Warfare Support Measure, Periscope and Photographic Systems) to ensure timely submarine repairs and fleet maintenance requirements are completed.
