CNC Maintenance Tech
What you will need:
Blueprint reading
Experience using inspection equipment, tool changes, offset changes, boring bars, and indicators.
Basic CNC programming.
Experience with Recovery process for E-Stop and/or machine crash conditions.
What you will do:
Change CNC tooling as necessary in Mills and Lathes.
Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned CNC equipment, plan for and take corrective action.
Measuring product for quality specifications, using inspection gauges and instruments.
Solve dimensional problems as needed.
Lead efforts to consistently and continuously improve productivity, quality and safety.
Recover and repair crashed machinery, run and check parts for dimensions
Use Company Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
Improve cycle times by 50%.
Repair fixtures, hydraulics, drill heads, gears, bearings, bushings and general department maintenance.
Replace all department drills, endmills, taps, boring bars, and facemills.
Basic CNC Programming.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
