As a Dimensional/Product Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Creating programs on a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
Inspect product from production, suppliers or other LM sites to validate the workmanship, dimensions and documentation conform to the product requirements.
Dimensionally Inspecting hardware on the CMM
Reject and generate non-conforming documentation for hardware that does not meet product specifications or requirements
Support other areas of Quality as required
Other tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
Experience operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machine
Ability to interpret product specifications, drawings/blueprints
Able to use calibrated inspection equipment to validate dimensions or features
Obtain ATF approval to work around explosives
Basic Computer/MS Office skills/look up specifications/military standards
Effective written and communication skills
Can work independently/self motivated
Demonstrate attention to detail
High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Skills:
Experience with Zeiss CMM’s and Calypso software
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software
VECAMS experience
Inspection/QA experience
GD&T experience
Experience working on or around ordnance/explosives/energetics .
Experience working in aerospace, spacecraft or missile production
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
