Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for
Full-Time and Part-Timeemployees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.

Minimum Requirements:
An active Top Secret Security Clearance or Higher – REQUIRED
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours.
Commitment to safety policies and procedures
Superior customer service skills
Ability to understand oral and written instructions
Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers’ expectations
Job duties include the following:
Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points
High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
Restocking supplies and inventory
Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators
Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:
Walking and standing
Climbing
Bending forward
Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
Competitive Compensation Package Includes:
Competitive base pay in the mid to high $27 to $29 per hour.
