Role Overview
The Good Eating Company is seeking a Food Operations Manager for a high-profile client at Santana Row an upscale residential and commercial district of West San Jose, California.

The Cafe Operations Manager of food service will support the total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of hourly staff with a focus on excellent customer experience . The clients have created a beautiful, contemporary “workplace of the future”, – this role will be responsible for delivering services that match the environment. The best-qualified candidate will possess good team building, financial acumen, client relationships, and tech skills.
What You’ll Do
Manage frontline staff
Oversee the cafe’s financial paperwork
Manage daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources, ensures operating standards are met
The opening and closing the operation
Be innovative every day
Have oversight of daily operations with catering

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement -Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
