General Summary
The CAD Design Checker checks and verifies the accuracy of drawings in order to ensure the integrity of technical documentation.
Essential Job Functions
Validate and approve drawings prepared by the draftsmen.
Check prepared drawings, citing inconsistencies and errors.
Manage the processing of change notices and new releases.
Check and/or create bill of materials.
Control the flow of electronic documentation.
Create and review Redlines.
Enforce company drafting standards.
