We are seeking an experienced BI Analyst to join our team and support

various strategic initiatives by transforming complex datasets into
clear, actionable visual reports. This role involves collaborating
across departments, analyzing large datasets, and providing forecasting
insights to guide business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization and

Power BI, and be capable of presenting data-driven insights to senior
leadership. The person will be responsible for creating compelling
dashboards, reports, and graphs, as well as analyzing historical data to
make forecasts and predict future trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Visualization: Utilize Power BI to transform raw data into

intuitive, visually engaging reports, dashboards, and graphs that
provide clear insights to stakeholders.

Large Data Analysis: Work with large, complex datasets across

various departments, analyzing trends, identifying key patterns, and
offering data-driven recommendations.

Forecasting and Predictive Analytics: Analyze historical data

and leverage forecasting techniques to predict future trends and
support decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication: Present findings, visualizations, and

forecasts to senior leaders, providing actionable insights that
align with business priorities.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to

understand business needs and deliver customized solutions that meet
departmental objectives.

Reporting: Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards

to track performance, key metrics, and strategic goals.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Power BI with a strong portfolio of data

visualizations, reports, and dashboards.

Expertise in analyzing large datasets from multiple departments and

translating them into actionable insights.

Strong understanding of forecasting models and the ability to apply

them to historical data for trend analysis and future predictions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex

data concepts and visualizations to senior leadership and
non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with business intelligence tools, databases, and

data transformation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)

is a plus.

Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., machine

learning, statistical analysis) is a bonus.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information

Technology, or a related field.
