AMSOIL is looking for a technical and strategic-minded Business
Intelligence Analyst to join our team. We’re seeking an individual with
a keen focus on artificial intelligence to drive operational efficiency
and decision-making through advanced analytics and AI integration. Our
ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering valuable data insights
and possesses a strong drive to utilize technology for automating and
streamlining processes within the organization. This position offers a
hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office
located in Superior, Wisconsin. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with
Stakeholders to understand their business information needs and
formulate data-driven solutions. Working with department leaders to
assess opportunities for AI integration to enhance operations, automate
processes, and improve overall employee productivity. Participate in the
development efforts designed to create solutions and tools to collect,
process, analyze and disseminate reliable, actionable information to the
organization. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated,
user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., that support our
analytical and business needs. Use advanced analytics techniques to
gather and analyze large datasets to solve complex problems and provide
actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing
quality controls and validation processes. Define and design secure
in-house AI models and algorithms to analyze data, automate processes,
enhance productivity, and support strategic initiatives. Stay abreast of
industry trends and advancements in BI and AI technologies, applying
this knowledge to enhance data analysis and the decision-making
processes. Drive continuous improvement by seeking feedback, analyzing
performance metrics, and identifying areas for optimization. Position
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science,
mathematics, statistics, business analysis, or equivalent work
experience. 5 or more years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst,
or similar role, with a strong focus on analytics and problem-solving.
Skilled in using R, Python or SQL to manipulate data and create
