Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an Aviation Office Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support airport projects in Florida .
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reviewing Documentation for completeness
Classifying Documents by type, entity, date and status
Entering Metadata for each Document Type
Running Reports from the Document Control Software
Assisting the Project Manager and other Managers with SubTasks
Assisting with Writing Reports and Preparing Invoices for Client
Researching for related SubTask topics
Assist with SubTask deliverables
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
4 Year College Degree or Equivalent experience
4 Years experience in an office environment
Proficiency in MS Office 365, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
Technical Writing for reports and recommendations
Ability with MS Visio for Workflows
Ability with Excel Charts

Salary Range:
$29.42 – $51.49
