We are seeking an experienced Aviation Analyst that will provide acquisition and technical support to PEO Aviation entities. In this role, you will assist customers in the development of strategic objectives and in realizing those objectives. You will translate customer requirements into executable plans. Leads and develops teams to accomplish those plans. To be successful, you will utilize yourdirect experience managing aviation programs to solve thecustomers most complex problems. You will apply mastery knowledge of a wide range of methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs.This role requires high organization skills, effective communication skills, and strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Required

BS or BA degree

8 years of experience in Army aviation programs

Strong familiarity with DoD Acquisition policy and practices

Knowledge of UAS systems and operations

Approximately 20% travel

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
