Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is proud to partner with a leading network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across New York in the search for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing based in Buffalo, NY .
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in overseeing daily operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Lead staff education initiatives and serve as the facility’s designated Infection Control Officer.
Ensure regulatory compliance and foster effective communication across all levels of the nursing team.
Must be on call and maintain flexibility with work schedules to address unpredictable needs
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
Proven experience in training and developing clinical staff
Salary:
$100,000-110,000/annually based on experience
