Adecco is assisting a customer in Windsor who isr recruiting for Assembly Technicians, The technician will complete and test assemblies that are mechanical in
nature, based on generated work orders. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
The hours are Monday –
Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The rate of pay is $18.00. If your skills match the job duties below, apply online to: adeccousa.com.
JOB DUTIES
? Read and understand prints, symbols and schematics, work instructions, prints, sketches
and verbal instructions.
? Check all work orders, work instructions and job files for accuracy and ensure jobs are sent
on time.
? Assemble jobs mechanical in nature, including but not limited to: drilling, tapping, securing
components using wrenches, screwdrivers, hand crimpers etc.
? Build simple wire harnesses, stripping of wire and crimping of connectors.
? Check all work orders, work instructions and job files for accuracy and ensure jobs are sent
on time.
? Inspect and test all jobs to ensure all components function correctly.
? Wrap fittings with Teflon tape.
? Complete necessary documentation for each job.
? Notify Production Supervisor of needed tools and supplies.
? Keep work area clean and safe.
? Comply with ISO policies and procedures.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
? Working knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 working environment.
? Must have basic math and measuring skills.
? Must have experience with hand tools a nd power tools.
? Knowledge and understanding of fittings, valves, manifolds and pressure gauges.
? Knowledge of, or willingness to learn 5S.
? Ability to work independently.
? Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
