Adecco is currently seeking an Assembly Technician to join our client’s team in Henrietta! This position plays a critical role in assembling and fabricating components to meet precise specifications and quality standards. Pay: $19 – 22/hr + 10% shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble materials, components, and subassemblies using lamination presses and shop equipment
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Tag and label components and finished products as required
Inspect assembled parts to ensure conformance with specifications using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
Identify and correct defects under the guidance of the Supervisor
Modify or fabricate parts as necessary using shop tools
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
