Position: Assembly Worker

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Shift: 2nd shift (2:45pm-11pm)

Payrate: $15.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

Meet safety, quality, and manufacturing goals

Maintain a clean and organized plant floor

Achieve standard production rates and minimize waste

Perform routine equipment inspections and quality checks

Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Prior manufacturing experience

Strong attention to detail

Ability to use levels and tape measures accurately

Good understanding of quality control principles

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Effective communication skills (speaking, writing, listening)

Self-initiative and ability to work under pressure

Ability to work individually or in a team

Effective troubleshooting and issue identification skills

Ability to read, understand, and comply with instructions and safety policies

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
