Position: Area Leads
Locations: Romania, Poland, and Kosovo
Clearance/Status: May be a Local National
Job Description:
Mission Essential is currently seeking an Area Lead who will serve as the prime POC for mission support at the specific site and report to the TOPM. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist TOPM with daily site operations and resourcing of requirements within a designated area/region.
Assist TOPM with day-to-day operational activities at respective sites.
POC for the respective site (s)
Ensures that operational processes facilitate meeting contract performance / mission requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources or related field OR Associates degree (or European equivalent) in any field plus 5 years’ experience as an interpreter, translator, English as a Second Language (ESL) or foreign language instructor or linguist supervisor or linguist program manager
Must be fluent in a C2/C2 (CEF Scale) in a Slavic or East European language (i.e. Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Albanian, Hungarian, or Romanian)
5 years of management / administrative experience, in the USAREUR or EUCOM Theater area of operations
Has the communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates
