Description
Assertive Professionalsis in search of an All-Source Analystto support orNational Security CustomerinCharlottesville, VA.
We have a Senior position open currently.
Includes either a$2,000 sign-on bonus or $2,000 in reimbursable relcation expensesplus, a $1,200 annual compliance bonus!
Mid -Base annual compensation is $80,000
Senior – Base annual compensation is $92,000
We offer an excellent benefits package, including PTO, 401k Match at 5%, Profit Sharing, Company paid Life Insurance, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, and two options under a national medical plan with employee contribution.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Aids in the development of analytic design and research methodologies; participates in analytic design review meetings and reviews draft products for adherence to NGIC production standards.
Familiarity with ODNI guidance regarding analysis and assessment production (ICD 203, 206, & 208 at a minimum).
Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Mid – Eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
Senior – Twelve (12) years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
Bachelors Degree in an area from a college or University accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
