Rokt US Corp – Security Engineer: Ensure security and privacy concerns are adequately addressed at every stage of the SSDLC. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Perform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. Design, deploy, and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security solutions, and encryption technologies. Conduct security reviews of third-party vendors and cloud service providers to ensure they meet security requirements. Collaborate with software developers to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle. Provide security guidance and support to IT and engineering teams during the design and implementation of new systems and applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture. REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Cyber Security Engineering or Computer Engineering. Experience: Six months experience in an engineering capacity focusing on computer security, including roles such as security engineer, security engineer intern, or related positions. Skills: The position requires 6 months of experience with embedded platform security, security testing, hardware security evaluations, C++ and Python. The position requires knowledge of threat modeling, security code reviews, cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, REST & java. Knowledge may be gained through completion of university level coursework, research projects, thesis or internship. Remote work permitted up to one day per week.
