Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Design, develop, and implement complex systems architecture to technical requirements.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate capabilities into the overall system architecture, considering both technical and operational aspects, and align delivery plans with overall project timelines and milestones.
-Support installation and configuration of system hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
-Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
-Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration details, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
-Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, assisting with system-related issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
6+ years experience working as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies
Proficiency in designing and implementing complex systems architecture
Eligible to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
HIGHLY DESIRED
Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, like CAMEO
Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role
Experience with system architectures that include software containerization, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 – $95.00/hr.
