Operations Research Analyst

Are you looking for an opportunity to help shape the future DoD space
capabilities? As a Booz Allen Operations Research Analyst supporting US
Space Command (SPACECOM), you will play a pivotal role in USSPACECOM’s
commercial integration analysis and advocacy. In this role, you will
evaluate military space needs and resources, industry capabilities, and
develop processes that enable commercial space integration. You will
contribute to the creation and execution of space industry engagement plans
and develop recommendations for senior leader engagements to advance
SPACECOM’s mission objectives.
As a subject matter expert in future-focused analytics, you will connect
efforts across the headquarters staff as well as coordinate with international
mission partners, Joint Staff, Service branches, agencies, and
academia to align commercial integration efforts with the Command’s goals.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in operations research, analysis, engineering,
or DoD Intelligence or Space career fields
Experience working on a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint, Service, or
Major Command Staff
Experience with military space career fields or DoD space programs
Ability to work across diverse teams and organizations
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience developing and implementing processes, procedures, and
engagement mechanisms
Experience advising and coordinating senior leader decision meetings and
engagements with senior decision-makers or inter-agency partners
Experience with analytic tools, methodologies, and frameworks
Ability to act as an analytics SME through participation in working groups or
process teams
Ability to support the development and execution of strategic engagement plans
and objectives
Possession of excellent communication and collaboration skills
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not
limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of
education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well
as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The
projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to
$193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close
