Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Logistic Asset Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) client in Chantilly, VA. In this role you will participate in auditing and documenting equipment and materials whereabouts as they are transit between client locations and supply rooms. This will include;
- Coordinating inbound and outbound logistic equipment and materials to ensure program operational success,
- Maintaining inventory and property control by performing search and conduct asset inventories, conducting customer-requested inventories, verifying asset information and location details, and verifying asset data on incoming transactions,
- Retrieving assets listed on various accounts, utilizing your experience using the client’s inventory systems,
- Supporting program property control and inventory management services,
- Providing solutions and working with customers to provide effective problem resolution,
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, to include interaction with customers and staff,
- Delivering innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customer and changing business needs,
- Resolving technical problems and answering queries by telephone or self-service utilizing computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems,
- Attending customer meetings and providing detailed minutes as required,
- Exercising creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance,
- Traveling between customer buildings as needed.
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices
- Must be able to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet
- Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- Must be able to move audio/visual and/or computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of applicable experience, or 6+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
- Advanced knowledge of customer and asset management regulations, policies, and unique authorities
- Demonstrated experience with customer asset management tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Education:
- ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM

Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,700.00 – $91,650.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
