Location: San Antonio, Texas

~~~~ All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

~~~~ Part-time position: 2-10pm Monday, Tuesday, and 2-6pm Wednesday

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.

Certifications: Security+ CE or other IAT-I DoD 8570 Information Assurance certification.

Requirements:

  • Customer service and ServiceNow Ticketing System experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in Ticket Management Systems like SupportIT and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Unix experience is not required but is a plus.

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required; or
  • A high school or GED diploma with five (5) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Will work within the Help Desk Group, Tier 1 Team.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
  • May coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals.
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
