Network Administrator, Mid

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Network administrator to manage a system that will enable DoD organizations to utilize LAN/WAN network services.

As a well-rounded Network Administrator on our project, you’ll support maintenance activities, including evaluation, integration, fielding, administration, testing, and operations of networks including monitoring networks, documenting and maintaining network topologies, maintain reports and logs while ensuring functionality of links, and resolving tickets and incidents. This client-facing role requires the ability to interface and effectively communicate with customers at all levels with the ability to guide and support decision making.

You Have:

3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator

3+ years of experience Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN Performance, connectivity, and network problems

Ability to manage systems using security information and event management (SIEM) systems, endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and other tools used in support of zero trust

Experience coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

IAT Level Certification

Nice If You Have:

Experience managing Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux operating systems

Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco networking equipment

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

CCNA Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
