Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

· Develop and execute communication strategies to support the organization’s objectives.

· Collaborate with senior management on key messaging and brand positioning.

· Implement internal communication plans to engage employees and align them with company goals.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications.

· Utilize modern technology channels used by technologists, who are a key external audience.

· Be a key collaborator on a global Communications team.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role

· Proven experience in Communications

· Proficiencies in strategic communication planning and project management

· Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

· Strong executive presence with proven ability to establish trusted relationships at the C-suite level

· Ability to think strategically and drive execution across multiple communications channels

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail

Work environment: This role requires quarterly travel to the DXC office in Miami, FL. Local candidates preferred.
