Summary You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) in the Human Resources Division, Personnel Programs Branch of CNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA. Responsibilities You will serve as the NAVSUP Recruitment Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all NAVSUP Enterprise Recruiting Events. You will develop and project the Command’s image on campuses, job fairs, veteran outreach and recruiting events, and in electronic and print media. You will plan, initiate, and execute large scale creative recruiting campaigns, (e.g. college recruitment, career/job fairs, veteran outreach programs, state and local vocational partnerships). You will determine the return of investment for each recruiting event by performing a cost analysis and evaluate program effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for the oversight of the following programs: Direct and Expedited Hiring Authorities, Veteran Hiring Authorities, Wounded Warrior Transition Program, Schedule A Hiring Authority, and Pathways Programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must have at least one year of Human Resources Specialist specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Independently attended virtual and on-site recruiting events to increase applicant pool; 2) Facilitated or conducted preliminary qualifications review; 3) Provided guidance to Command partners on Strategic Outreach and Recruiting subjects, such as using Flyers to recruit, attending virtual events, etc. 4) Developed and delivered presentations on HR related subjects to educate customers, and 5) Developed standard operating procedures, process documents and/or job aides to provide guidance and support HR operations.
