The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Outreach Transition Specialist builds and maintains strong connections with service members, veterans, and their families by leading outreach initiatives and engagement events within designated local or regional areas. This role serves as a key liaison between WWP and military installations, transition programs, medical facilities, and community partners to support warriors’ successful integration into WWP programs and services.
