Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain compliance and performance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, utilizing SAP tools and methodologies.
Contribute to the management of user authorizations and roles within the SAP environment.
Document processes and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and enhance system functionality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of SAP Basis administration and architecture
Familiarity with Operating Systems (Linux, Windows) and Database Management Systems (Oracle, SQL Server)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Project experience related to SAP systems
Familiarity with Cloud technologies and SAP HANA
Experience with basic scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation tasks
Work Environment
Remote to Puerto Rico only (Resources need to reside in Puerto Rico)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
