What You Will Do *: *

Design and develop key communications products in support of mission owners to engage with the workforce and oversight

Design and execute facilitations and engagements with mission owners to support change management for AI integration into analytic workflows

Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts

What You Will Need *: *

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) and COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Polygraph Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelor’s Degree

Three (3) + years of relevant experience

Experience in change management aligned to the implementation of AI tools

Experience with developing and implementing communications plans, products, and media
