This Position is Contingent on the Contract Award

Position Overview:The Junior Data Engineer will support data infrastructure and integration tasks for the MCICOM G-9 directorate, including the development of ETL pipelines and data storage solutions.

Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

Location: Hybrid (Pentagon and Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: 06/01/2025

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

· Assist in designing and developing data models and schemas.

· Implement ETL processes for data integration.

· Support data transformation and cleaning tasks.

· Develop and maintain data catalogs and documentation.

· Ensure data quality and security compliance.

Position Requirements:

BA degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.

Experience with data integration and ETL tools.

Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

IBM Data Engineering Professional Certificate, Google Cloud Data Engineer Certification, or equivalent preferred.

5+ years of experience in data engineering.
