Inside Sales Professional – Melville, NY

Adecco is hiring for a direct hire role in Melville, NY with a leader in merchant services!

Highlights:

Salary Range : $55,000/year + unlimited commission (Top earners: $205K, $110K)

Benefits : Dental, Disability, Health, Life, Vision insurance

Schedule : Mon-Thurs 9 am-6 pm, Fri 9 am-5 pm

Location : Onsite in Melville, NY

Responsibilities:

Manage sales processes from initial call to deal closure

Understand client needs and provide solutions

Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

Strong phone presence, professional communication

2 years outbound phone sales (No Cold Calling)

Self-motivated and self-directed

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent

3 years Merchant Services Sales

Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
