Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Aviation Field Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be a part of improving the Honolulu Airport .
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be part of a small team responsible for the successful execution of a large airfield CIP program that spans across all 15 state airports
Lead/manage/support (depending on experience) portfolio of airfield projects through design, construction and closeout phases
Coordinate project interaction with a variety of airport stakeholders including FAA, airlines, and other government agencies
Lead/manage/support (depending on experience) a multi-disciplinary team (e.g., designers of record, construction managers, planners)
Guide project and team through HDOT policies and procedures
Review and provide guidance on variety of design and construction topics including change orders, field orders, delay claims, quality issues, construction phasing, invoices, etc.
Review and provide comments for interagency agreements (e.g. FAA reimbursable agreements)
Evaluate/monitor/track permitting status
Support airfield section lead through the pre-bid phase (e.g. developing addendums)
Applicant will need be able to obtain an air operations area (AOA) Badge and movement area license for access to the airfield.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 – $190,200.00
